• All items are one of a kind and handmade with love :)
• Purchased items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
• Items purchased on Friday afternoons will typically be sent out after the weekend.
• No returns or refunds.
• If item breaks within 30 days, I will fix it and/or make you a new one, free of charge. (Terms & Conditions apply.. don't go breakin my bracelets for fun) ;)
• For a small fee, I can fix or adjust jewelry- even if I didn't make it- just shoot me an email with a picture or description and we'll see what I can do :)
